REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We do not do refunds / exchanges on any items or gift cards. We only offer amendments on products.

  • We therefore can amend the product to resize or amend any broken/ripped bits on the product.

  • We have a 30-day amendment policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an amendment.

To start an amendment, you can contact us at info@jaqkodi.com. 

  • Your order number. 

  • The name of the item.

  • The size of the item.

  • The reason for the requested amendment.

  • Once we receive this a return address will then be provided.

If your amendment request is accepted, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your request; as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an amendment will not be accepted.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCEPTIONS / NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
